Structural features of ZJ type slurry pump

1. Pump head part

The pump head part of ZJ type slurry pump includes pump casing, impeller and shaft seal device.

1). The pump head and the bracket are connected by bolts. According to the needs, the position of the water outlet of the pump can be installed and used at eight different angles at 45° intervals.

2). The pump casing of the ZJ type slurry pump is a double-layer casing structure. The outer layer is metal pump casing (front pump casing, rear pump casing), and its material is usually HT200 or QT500-7.

The inner shell can be made of high-chromium alloy cast iron (including volute, front guard, rear guard), or made of rubber (including front volute and rear volute).

3). The impeller consists of a front cover, a rear cover, a blade and a back blade.The leaves are twisted, usually 3-6. The back blades are distributed on the outside of the front cover and the rear cover, usually 8. The impeller is made of high-chromium alloy cast iron, and the impeller and the shaft are connected by threads.

4). The shaft seal device has three types of auxiliary impeller + packing combination seal, packing seal and mechanical seal.

 Auxiliary impeller + packing combination seal type consists of stuffing box, auxiliary impeller, water seal ring, packing, packing gland, shaft sleeve components

 The packing seal type consists of stuffing box, spacer sleeve, water seal ring, packing, packing gland and shaft sleeve.

 The mechanical seal type consists of stuffing box, spacer sleeve, mechanical seal, gland and shaft sleeve

2. Bracket part

The bracket part has two structures of horizontal open type and cylinder type.

1) The open bracket has two types: thin oil lubrication and grease lubrication. The thin oil lubricating bracket is mainly composed of bracket body, bracket cover, shaft, bearing box, bearing, bearing gland, retaining sleeve, nut, oil seal, water retaining plate, disassembly ring and other parts.

2) 150ZJ and above pumps also have water cooling device.

3) The main difference between the grease lubricating bracket and the thin oil lubricating bracket is that the embedded transparent cover and oil cup are added, and the water cooling device is removed.

4) Simple brackets are lubricated with grease, mainly composed of bracket body, bearing body, shaft, bearing, bearing top sleeve, bearing gland, oil seal, water retaining plate, disassembly ring and other parts. The simple bracket is only suitable for pumps with low power of 200ZJ and below. At present, there are only three specifications of T200ZJ-I-A70, T200ZJ-I-A60, T150ZJ-I-A60
